Brian ‘Liquorice’ Locking is one of the UK music industry’s founding fathers. Achieving chart success in the 50’s as a bass player with both The Shadows and Marty Wilde’s Wildcats, Brian has been playing and performing ever since.

A massive influence on generations of fans and contemporaries, Brian still regularly thrills crowds with his musicianship and engaging on-stage banter. A true multi-instrumentalist, Brian (nicknamed ‘Liquorice’ for his penchant for clarinet) has recently recorded a new album of harmonica standards, due for release soon.
