The Bluegrass series of guitars by Farida have sloped shoulders, a conventional design feature which can generally provide a very well-balanced range of tones. The B-52E falls into this category of acoustic models, and features superb onboard electronics to allow you to plug in and play through an amp. Ideal for a live musician, the B-52E has plenty of great features that will make performing a straightforward process.
Built using quality solid spruce in the body top, and solid rosewood in the back and sides, the B-52E projects its timbre brilliantly and evenly. This material partnership is one that is often found in acoustic guitars because of the versatility given in its sound output, whether you’re into big chords or fingerstyle play.
Mahogany is administered in the construction of the neck and is accompanied by a wonderful rosewood fingerboard, forming a great duo to give you an effortless playing experience as you make your way from one fret to the next. An array of different inlay patterns decorate the neck, including a snowflake, diamonds and crosses.
The B-52E is an electro-acoustic guitar powered by the onboard Fishman Prefix Plus-T preamp. This preamp works silently so that you don’t get any of that unwanted feedback noise on stage or in the studio, ensuring a clean, seamless performance everytime. Pickup controls and a wide-range semi-parametric EQ enable you to create the sound you desire and they sit snugly beneath the soundhole.
Diecast chrome tuners on the headstock allow you to retune with precision, and they work alongside the onboard tuner for added accuracy. Other appointments include a rosewood bridge, a three-ring abalone soundhole rosette and beautiful body binding, and the B-52E also comes equipped with a protective case.
