The Farida D-52E electro-acoustic guitar is designed for left-handed players who are looking for top quality build combined with superb onboard electronics for an amplified acoustic sound. This high end guitar has a classic dreadnought shape, recognised the world over as being one of the most revered acoustic body types thanks to its ability to deliver versatile, balanced tones whilst being comfortable to play.
This fantastic left-handed model is constructed using solid Sitka spruce for the body top and solid mahogany in the back and sides. These two woods form a favourable partnership in acoustic guitars, projecting a stunning timbre with plenty of volume which makes the D-52E a prime choice for a live musician.
At Farida, we have chosen mahogany to craft the neck which is then accompanied by a rosewood fingerboard, another tonewood pairing picked to perfection. The neck feels slick from top to bottom as you change from one fret to the next, and you can do this confidently thanks to the decorative fret inlays.
The D-52E is equipped with onboard electronics in the form of the Fishman Ellipse Matrix Blend under-saddle pickup which is carefully fitted beneath the soundhole. Its positioning allows it to pick up every note with extra clarity, while its easy-to-use slider controls for Volume, Blend and Phase are perfectly placed for you to comfortably amend your sound with minimum feedback, avoiding any unwanted interference.
We have added a rosewood bridge and nickel die-cast machine heads, as well as beautiful body binding and a decorative abalone soundhole rosette to complement its Aged Cherry Burst colouring. This incredible left-handed electro-acoustic model comes with a protective case which is just what the travelling musician needs.
