With a compact richtone style body, the Farida SR-35 is a true, all-round acoustic model with plenty of tone at your disposal. Made with high quality materials, the SR-35 is capable of producing a wholehearted yet versatile range of sounds with plenty of power for an instrument which is not fitted with onboard electronics.
The absence of a pre-amp in this guitar however does make it ideal for practising at home or playing in a recording studio environment with a microphone as your companion.
The SR-35 has been crafted using solid Tibet spruce for the body top which contributes to the delivery of a full-bodied acoustic sound. This is paired with high figure dao wood in the back and sides that has a smooth texture and a sumptuous colour that generates great sounding highs and mids.
To ensure optimum comfort in your hand, we have elected mahogany to construct the neck, a tonewood that is a popular choice in the structure of many of our acoustic guitars. This is also joined by a rosewood fingerboard, known for its oily, polished finish, thus each fret shift feels totally effortless.
Many acoustic guitars are given a rosewood bridge because the material is so durable and it works restlessly to keep the connection as strong as possible between the strings and body. The beautifully branded headstock is accompanied with waverly style machine head tuners for fantastic tuning ability. The nut and saddle is made out of the conventional material – bone – due to the favourable qualities it brings to a guitar.
The elegant Sunburst finish of this guitar is complete with maple / rosewood body binding and a lightly coloured mahogany / spalted maple soundhole rosette.
Thankfully a case is supplied with the SR-35, so you can be assured it will remain protected.
